Halloween 2006

Despite their colds, Nate and Julie summoned the energy to canvas our block of Elwood Street on Halloween night. We started by carving our pumpkins, then donned Gina's hand-made bat costume and Julie's butterfly wings before heading out the door. Neighbor Tom across the street had special gifts, as always, and our Halloween flashlights kept us from running into each other in the dark. Back home, they selected one treat before downing cold medicine and heading to bed while Mom & Dad answered the door.
